The $199 device price is a limited-time pre-order discount off the $299 regular price and applies to units reserved from the next production run. Already own a device and did not add the subscription yet? Check your confirmation email for the link to add it, or use the bulk order form below to request it. Ordering more than a few units, or need a custom quote? Use the same form.
Use this form for site licenses or anything the pricing above does not cover. Tell us what you have and how you plan to use it, and we will reply with a quote and payment link.
Not sure whether your scoreboard controller is supported? Send it anyway and mention your controller in the notes. We confirm compatibility before you order.

No. Local features (REST API, TLS TCP feed, device web interface, OTA updates) work fully without any subscription. The cloud subscription adds remote management, the customer portal, and public data access for venues that want it, at $99/year per device. Ordering a site license for many units? Use the bulk order form.
Only if you already own a device. Add it at checkout by choosing "Device with Cloud Subscription" above, or add it afterward from the link in your confirmation email, or later still from the customer portal that manages your device. The subscription is never sold on its own to someone without a device, since it has nothing to manage until one exists.
Pre-orders queue against confirmed production runs. Paying through Stripe places you in line, and we email you build and shipping updates as your order moves through the queue.
